In recent months I’ve developed quite an interest in skincare. I’ve always known looking after my skin was super important. However, with the endless options on the market, it’s hard to know what brands you can trust with your skin. Now, let me tell you I am no expert on skin. What I know is that we have to look after it. It’s the largest organ of our bodies but the one we tend to neglect the most.
So, what are the things that I try to look for in a skincare brand?
- That it’s natural and organic
- Cruelty Free (when possible)
- That it’s good for sensitive and acne prone skin
When The Natural Shop who stock Organique reached out to me to try some of their products, I jumped at the chance. They ticked all of my boxes when it comes to a skincare line. Organique is a huge skincare line central Europe. The motto of of brand is to try get people like you and me to incorporate a good skincare routine into their daily lives easily. Prior to using their products I use Osmosis Skincare and The Ordinary which luckily worked seamlessly with the Anti-Acne Cream and Enzymatic peeling mask from the Organique. I hate using an exfoliator that’s harsh on my skin so using a mask like the enzymatic peeling mask was a dream as it left my skin silky smoothed after 5/10 minutes.
I also tried their facial cleanser and toner and let me tell you, they are divine. Their smell and easy to use packaging won my heart over in an instant. I’ve noticed my skin is less blemish prone and if I do have a break out it clears up a lot quicker. Hand on heart, I can’t get enough of Organique! They’re so reasonably priced too which means there’s no excuse for not getting a good skincare routine in order.
**Disclaimer: This post is not sponsored by Organique but I was lucky enough to receive these products as a gift and I am so grateful.**
